Live Event Sketching
Live sketching is an interactive illustration experience that unfolds in real time during your event. Guests are individually photographed upon request, and each portrait is thoughtfully illustrated on-site—creating a personalized keepsake they can take home before the evening ends.
Fully colored, single-figure sketches are completed in approximately 7–9 minutes, depending on the complexity of the outfit and details. Black-and-white shaded illustrations are also available and can be completed more quickly. To ensure as many guests as possible are accommodated, illustrations created during the event are limited to single or double figures.
Guests are welcome to return later in the event to collect their finished artwork. If there are special individuals you would like prioritized—such as a host, VIP, or family member—please share those details in advance so they can be thoughtfully included.

How many sketches can be completed during an event?
The number depends on the length of the event and whether you select full-color or black-and-white illustrations. On average, 6–8 full-color sketches can be completed per hour.
Do guests pose for the sketches?
Guests are photographed quickly at the event so they can return to enjoying the celebration. They simply come back later to pick up their finished illustration.
Can you sketch more than two people together?
To accommodate as many guests as possible, live event sketches are limited to single or double figures. Larger group portraits can be commissioned separately after the event.
Can branding be included for corporate events?
Yes. Custom branding, logos, event names, or themed paper can be incorporated for fashion activations and corporate events.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is available for weddings, brand activations, and private events. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
